Handmade Vogue Magazine Cover: A Cool Decorating Item?

Artist Inge Jacobsen came up with the creative idea of hand stitching Vogue cover magazines. The unusual project is part of the artist’s final degree show taking place in June this year. As for us, we like to think of her works as fun and creative decorative items, especially for the cribs of young bachelorettes. The items are said to be exactly the size of a Vogue cover. This makes perfect sense when considering that Inge over-stitches the real cover.  She says it takes about 2 week, working 2-3 hours a day to finish a cover. This proves that with the right image and plenty of thread, one can do some pretty amazing things. Freshome readers, what do you think of the artist’s work?
