Creative Lamps Inspired by Cranes or How to Make Industry “Homey”

People usually have a fascinations for the way cranes work. The artists at Studio Job took this idea further and created two floor-standing bronze lamps, one resembling a wrecking ball and the other- a crane. Pretty impressive in height (1,63 meters), the designs are highly original and look pretty lifelike. We found out that these “art works” were exclusively developed for the Carpenters Workshop Gallery in London, but we don’t know if any similar versions were launched on the market and if so, if they are available for sale. For more information on these unusual designs, you can contact the studio here. All in all, we salute this idea and can’t help imagining what it would be like to have such a lamp in your own room and control it by a remote. Would you accept this type of “industrial” element in your home?
