Impressive House S in Zurich by Nimmrichter Cda
House S is a low energy consuming building situated in a a Zurich municipality, a place known for its industrial potential. From href="http://www.nimmrichter.com/">Nimmrichter Cda, Architekten ETH SIA, an architecture firm in Dietlikon, Switzerland, this project is had to be developed as a response to the client’s wish of living in a place that offers “different degrees of openness or seclusion”. House S had to be built over an existing architectural site which also included the pool. A part of the old building was brought down and the exterior design of the new construction followed the patterns of the existing pool. The house has three floors and a shape that allows the owners a 360 view of the places surrounding the residence. Chestnut wood is the main element used in designing the interior, resulting in a warm and inviting home. href="http://karmatrendz.wordpress.com/2010/01/22/house-s-by-nimmrichter-cda/">
