New Year’s resolutions on the house
For those of you who don’t read my other blog, my “word of the year” this year is “Focus”. One of the things I want to focus on is fixing the things we have. So, I got the great idea to make a list here and see how many we accomplish:
- Fix the plumbing in both bathrooms
- Fix the Washer
- Fix the basement stairs
- Replace light bulbs and inspect some freaky wiring around the house.
- Fix some windows (screens and broken parts)
- Replace lights on outside of garage with something mid-century (outdoor lighting suggestions folks?)
- Fix back door lock so the kids can use it!
- Re-upholster the couch and chair in living room
Ok, that’s a “starter list” – I’m sure I can think of more but it at least gives me something to work from!
