IKEA Launches Catalogue as iPhone App
For all of you who have an Iphone, IKEA is releasing its ever popular catalogue as an iPhone app. The iPhone application will be initially launched to the UK market with the UK version of the catalogue available to download from tomorrow, 3 December 2009. Now you’ll be able to browse frequently updated versions of the Ikea catalogue from anywhere. Skim through images of various Ikea “rooms”, zoom in and out on areas of the room you’d like to sniff around and click on furniture you might like to buy. The application was developed by Cake Group and they are keen to point out that the app will improve and develop immediately after release, but ask that you share your thoughts and opinions via the channels below once you’ve had the chance to play.
