I’ve re formatted the site so if you are viewing through a reader come and have a look.
I’ve also added a “custom Google search engine” to the site tailored for Architects and Designers. If you search for “mesh” for example it will only come up with results relating to Architecture and Design.
You can find this in the top left of the site.
A few new sites have been added to links section. Notably local firm vittinoAshe, Graffitecture and Design Reform.
Also, this evening at the Perth Centre for Photography is the opening of Emiliano Roia’s exhibition, “A Strange Dream”.
“Since I have lived in Australia I have the feeling of living in a surreal dimension. Every time I return to my home in Rome I have the impression of awakening. I am surrounded by the people I know, familiar smells and colours whilst there still remains a dreamlike sensation from the other side of the world. I decided to photograph houses as a way to express these sensations. I tried to depict them without any context or a clear indication of a light source to enhance this idea of dreamlike suspension, ambiguity and vagueness.” Emiliano Roia
