Upon the advent of CGI, the already prolific and successful comic book companies DC and Marvel must have foreseen opportunity beyond their wildest dreams to explore in depth a suite of characters that they’d already had decades to work on. If film is able to capture zeitgeist, then right now is the pinnacle of comic adaptation. It is hard to imagine how much better some of these movies can get.

One of the most successfully entertaining films of the last few years was Iron Man. This movie was not for everybody, but with Robert Downey Jr. leading an all star cast it was hard for not everybody to take notice.

Upon a recent foraging through a mountain of piling electronic data in my reader, I came across this collection of images taken by none other than Mr. Jeff Bridges on the set of Iron Man.

Definitely worth a perusal, if you like movies…
